Shipping & returns
We use NZ Couriers to ship all of our items, with a flat rate of $5 within New Zealand. All orders are packed within 24 hours (with the exception of presale orders), except on public holidays. Shipping takes 2-5 business days once the package has left us.
You will receive a shipping notification as soon as your item/s have been shipped.
Please note: There may be shipping delays during busy periods such as over holidays. Every effort is made to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but we cannot control the couriers delivery times.
We want you to fall in love with your new item/s, so if you have any concerns please let us know as soon as possible. We accept exchanges for change of mind within 2 days of you receiving your package. Simply use the Contact form to let us know what's wrong (please include your order number).
Items need to be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns if items are not returned in their original condition. Due to health and safety restrictions, we are unable to exchange any earrings, hair accessories, or other personal use items. Return shipping will be at the cost of the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds. However, if you receive a faulty product we will fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
